RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

You may have the product replaced or refunded within 15 days of receipt by emailing [email protected] to see if you qualify for a refund or replacement. Please review the products and benefits of the products before purchasing. Changing your mind does not qualify customer for a refund. Defective products, or items not delivered may qualify for a refund.

Swag By Nature Inc. will “NOT COVER” the cost for shipping the product back to us, if it was damaged in transit or stolen.

Swag By Nature Inc. will cover the cost to ship the replacement product(s) back to you our customer(s).

 

My return item package was lost/stolen. What do I do?

Swag By Nature Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages containing returns. We highly recommend that you use proper insurance, tracking and delivery confirmation methods when shipping any package(s). In the event the package(s) you are returning is lost or stolen.

Filing a claim for your missing return package will not be the responsibility of Swag By Nature Inc. nor its employees, but with the service provider you selected to ship your parcel/package(s) to us with example: Canada Post, UPS, FedEx or DHL

How long does it take to process returns, exchanges and/or refunds?

The refund time depends on your financial institution time frame. Once, we issue your refund, you can then call your credit card company, bank or credit union to see how long it will take to show up on their processing side.

 

 

POLICY RESTRICTIONS

Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging. We are not able to honor requests for product exchanges and we cannot issue online credit. Credit will only be reissue to the original card used at the time of checkout or curbside pick-up.

We do not accept returns on products that have been used. Refunds will only be issued for product that is returned in the original form that they were purchased in.

We do not accept returns of opened products. The tamper evident safety seal must remain unbroken in order to qualify for all refunds.

Swag By Nature Inc. will not be responsible for damage or loss that occurs to goods reshipped to a different destination beyond the original shipping address provided on the order at the time of checkout.

Please do not return products that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we will not be able to issue refunds for non-qualifying items and cannot return the items to you.

Please contact our customer service before shipping back any undamaged packaging / returns. (Note: Our tamper evident safety seal must remain unbroken in order to qualify for all refunds.)
Unauthorized returns will not be honored and disposed of by the company upon arrival.
